Many languages have 3 forms of plural, depending from quantity (see http://docs.translatehouse.org/projects/localization-guide/en/latest/l10n/pluralforms.html): uk Ukrainian nplurals=3; plural=(n%10==1 && n%100!=11 ? 0 : n%10>=2 && n%10<=4 && (n%100=20) ? 1 : 2); Could anyone refactor plurals in Mailman?

@msapiro could you briefly explain what "shunting a message" means in the core behavior of Mailman? I'm having trouble translating this because I don't know what it means in this context. Many thanks!
